Papillon Caterers which is owned by RJC Caterers Limited was formed more than twenty five years ago when Mr. John Buttigieg decided to start his venture in the catering industry. From that time onwards the company headed its way through success.
Today RJC Caterers Limited operates its cafeteria, namely ‘Café Papillon’ situated in Hamrun. It also operates at the Malta International Airport. There we run two cafeterias, one situated in the Check In Hall namely Flitebite Cafeteria and the other in the Arrivals Lounge, Connections Cafetteria. The other is outlet at the airport which we run is Sportsfans Diner in the viewing gallery. This facility besides offering mouth watering dishes has its own Play Area. The company has also been awarded the contract to operate all the catering outlets in the new Mater Dei Hospital.
