Mr. Walter Breventani began manufacturing pneumatic boats. The “Holiday” pneumatic boats were chosen by the first rubber boat enthusiasts. In the mid 80s, he founded BWA Nautica, with the first models dedicated to skin divers and those who needed boats like these for their professional activities.
These customers influenced the priorities of the company, which immediately placed solidity and safety at the centre of its projects, leading subsequently to the creation of many different models for the work or leisure sailing purposes of thousands of people.
Over the years, the company has specialized in various types of pneumatic means, developing its own experience via a wide range of applications, including competitions. DRAGO BOATS was first established in 1969 by her present Managing Director Mr Nikos Farazis.
Since then the company has produced more than 23,000 sailboats boats and sport boats. The last few years DRAGO BOATS has specialised in producing small pleasure boats, sized from 5m(16ft6) up to 8m (27ft), although many special constructions have been built for customers. The new state of the art factory built and fully operational in 2007, is situated in Koropi Attikis, and has all the departments needed for the boat and pool production.
