De Manuele family are quite noble in origin, The first maltese connection cames from a Matteo di Manuele( 1480) marring a Agata Calava. The family are of sicilian descent caming from the barony di Buretto before 1347. Lastly, this family has many descendants into the nobility of malta, the the Testaferrata , Viani, Dorell , moscati and most of the present day nobles.
