Born in Valletta Malta 20-11-1950, he
was born and educated in Malta, son of Willam and Mirium Scicluna. He was
then sent on an overseas scholorship to Leeds University,England, where he
read Economics.
He started to work for Deloitte and Touche in england,and became one of
the youngest ever partners. He is now Chairman of the England firm and
there is even a firm of Deloitte and Touche in Malta. He is regularily in
the Financial Times and the Times and is one of the big names in the
Business site of London.
